Tullia believes that in women’s volleyball the added value each player brings is the mental understanding of the game, and that being able to anticipate the opponent’s hit, and to react together as a team, often makes a difference between winning and losing. Tullia believes that the abilities of anticipating situations and being a team player are very valuable skills in life as well. She sees volleyball as a fun tool for young athletes to grow and mature.
