As a player, Nicole was always blessed with amazing coaches that knew how to push
her to be the best. Her coaches were always tough, pushed her to the max, and expected
success. When Nicole coaches, she strives to instill the same characteristics in her players
that she was able to gain from her own experiences. She believes that volleyball should
be a means for young people to be part of a team and gain individual confidence in
their abilities as an athlete. She enjoys seeing players and teams improve by hard work
and dedication. Overall, Nicole strives for her players to have a positive and successful
experience playing volleyball.
