Kevin grew up in Southern California spending his youth surfing and playing all sports. He and his family have lived in Cedar Park since 1987 where he and his wife Cathi have raised three daughters. His coaching philosophy varies for the age and skill level of the teams he coaches. Most important for the younger teams is putting forth your best effort in everything you do, focusing on improvements and not failures, and helping the team understand the power of working together as a team.
