After fulfilling her volleyball scholarship at Tyler Jr. College, Jess moved to Austin to continue her real estate career. Jess believes what separates a good coach from a great coach is one that instills the whole aspect of the game into their players; having fun, good sportsmanship, working hard and the rest will fall into place.
