Jeff is passionate about volleyball… he loves watching it, playing it, and coaching it. He expects all his players to give him 100% effort every time they step foot on the court, whether it’s at a tournament or at practice. He demands his players to be respectful to their teammates, coaches, and opponents in victory and defeat. Jeff also expects his players to have a positive attitude because he believes attitude can make the difference between being a good player and a great player. He is very competitive and he wants his team to win every game they play but he will not sacrifice honesty and integrity to do so.
Jeff graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Construction Science and currently works as a Purchasing Analyst at Pulte Group. He and his beautiful wife, Becca, have been married for five years and have a two-year old son named Caden. Jeff continues to play volleyball in the Twin Lakes YMCA Co-ed A League as well as on a USAV Men’s A/BB team.
