Jacky believes that learning the fundamentals is the foundation of every great athlete. Without a strong base, there is no room for growth and improvement. She believes a coach should also be a role model for each player both on and off the court. Jacky expect each player to try their hardest and to never give up, as she displays by her own example. Her goal is to help each player improve their individual skills, and to also teach them the importance of playing together as team. And most importantly, she wants them to love playing volleyball and to have fun!
