Bio: Chi graduated from Texas State University with a B.A. in Economics. Prior to his academic career, he served 4 years in the United States Marine Corps as an Engineer and was honorably discharged at the rank of Sergeant. He became passionate about the game of volleyball while stationed in Southern California and continue playing during college.

Chi believes that honor, courage and commitment are the core value to any organization and sports team. He believes strongly about instilling self-esteem into each player and teaching the athletes to have the courage to always do the right thing on and off the court. Most importantly, he teaches each individual player the importance of commitment and to never GIVE UP!
