Angela is extremely passionate about volleyball, as well as becoming a well rounded athlete with overall health and wellness as a lifestyle. She always strives to be a positive influence in all the young people she is around. Angela’s belief is that hard work and a positive attitude will bring out the best in all people ,and will help you achieve any goal you have in life. She wants to teach her players to respect the game and always put their team success above their own personal success.

Angela is married to Troy Garis and has three daughters, Sydney, Hayden and Ryleigh. She loves to read and write as a hobby as well as spend time with her family.
