About

Texas Fury Volleyball Club is about much more than just volleyball. We deeply care as an organization about our athletes and their families and investing into their lives. Texas Fury is a GOD-CENTERED organization. We strive to maintain a “Family-like” environment as a club. Our mission is for each athlete to greatly improve their volleyball skills, build stronger self confidence, become more passionate about the game of volleyball, obtain unified team dynamics and good sportsmanship and to have the opportunity to grow as Godly young women. Texas Fury staff and coaches are committed to this mission.

Texas Fury Volleyball Club is based out of the Leander/Cedar Park area. All teams practice twice a week at the Austin Sports Center in Cedar Park or possibly a nearby school. All of our tournaments are in the state of Texas and mostly in the Austin area. Our athletes get just as much experience and competition from Texas tournaments, but do not have to pay the high prices of plane tickets, out of state travel costs and do not have to make the travel commitments it takes to play out of state. Our teams play in several of the big Texas tournaments and qualifiers, and all of our teams compete in a three day tournament in Dallas, Lone Star Classic Qualifier, which is one of the best venues for collegiate volleyball recruitment. All the older teams will also compete in Lone Star Regionals.

One of our goals is to keep Club Volleyball affordable with high standards for a quality program. We hold fundraisers for the players to have the chance to earn credits towards their overall season fees, and even the chance to completely pay off their fees through the fundraiser.

Texas Fury offers a non-denominational Bible Study group for all our players and their friends throughout the season. Each team will also get involved with a charity in the area and get the chance to give back to our community and those in need. Texas Fury also gives back 10% of the profits from apparel sales to the team’s charity. Teams pray before practice and games. We value our relationships with Texas Fury families, and in order to maintain these close relationships within the club, Texas Fury will only accept up to 3 teams for every age group.

Our coaches are taught and believe that “Athletes do not care about how much you know, until they know how much you care.” As coaches, we motivate our athletes to set realistic team and individual goals and to strive to achieve those goals throughout the season. We aim to lead by example and create a desire in each of our players to succeed and excel in every area of their life. All Texas Fury Coaches go through a series of coach’s trainings before and throughout each club season. Coaches are Impact Certified and highly qualified in order to provide you with the most quality opportunity for the club season.
